In the renovation and refurbishment of a property from the 1990s, the focus was on creating a practical, accessible layout and employing high-quality materials. The view of the garden was freed from obstructive elements such as the conservatory and small-paned windows. The newly designed spaces now appear generous, bright, and refined thanks to large glass surfaces and a carefully reduced selection of coordinated materials and colors. The dark walnut veneer on the built-in cabinets and wall paneling harmonizes with the limestone flooring and the color-matched quartzite countertops. The materials are largely sourced from the region and were crafted with a high level of artisanal skill.
